Report my missing or incorrect rider referral

If you have not yet received payment for one or more rider referrals, this is typically because the rider(s):

  • Did not enter your invite code
  • Have not taken their first rides

Please note that a rider referral won’t work if that rider is currently on a trip in your vehicle that he or she requested.

If you shared your personal invite code with someone you know is a first-time rider, we will be happy to check the status of your referral reward. However, we are unable to retroactively apply a referral if a rider did not enter your code before their first trip. Please share some details here.
