I can’t go online

If you’re a fleet driver or courier and can’t go online, it may be due to an issue with your account, documents, or the vehicle assigned to you:

  1. Check your documents: Open your Uber Driver or Delivery app and make sure your required documents (like license or background check) are valid and approved.
  2. Check your connection: Make sure mobile data is on and the app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Ask your Fleet Partner: Your vehicle or account may need updates in the Fleet Hub, which only your Fleet Partner can manage.

If everything looks correct and you still can’t go online, reach out through the Help section in your app or select Contact Us below. Your Fleet partner can also review vehicle and driver status in the Fleet Hub to help resolve account or document issues.
