I need help with a Reservation

Reservations allows riders to reserve a trip through the Uber app up to 30 days in advance.

Follow the steps below to reserve a trip:
1. Tap "Reserve" tab
2. Enter pickup location and destination
3. Set the date and time for pickup
4. Choose your trip type (i.e. UberX, UberXL, Comfort, or others)

To enable all the features of a Reservation, the request must be made at least 2 hours before the desired pickup time.

CANCELLING A RESERVATION

For Economy Reserve requests, your driver will arrive 5 minutes early to the scheduled pickup time, and wait another 5 minutes at no extra charge starting from the scheduled pickup time. After the wait time, additional wait time charges may apply to your trip. If you are not there 5 minutes after the pick up time, the trip can be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

For Premium Reserve requests, your driver will arrive 15 minutes early to the scheduled pickup time, and wait another 15 minutes at no extra charge. After the wait time, additional wait time charges may apply to your trip. If you are not there 15 minutes after the pick up time the trip can be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
