Purchasing Uber Cash

To purchase Uber Cash directly through your app:

1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner of your app.
2. Choose “Wallet” and then “Add Funds.”
3. Pick the amount you’d like to purchase.
4. Select “Payment Method” to choose how you’d like to buy.
5. Tap “Purchase.”

To enable/disable auto-refill:

1. Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of your app.
2. Tap “Wallet.”
3. Tap “Auto-Refill.”
4. Choose the amount added to your balance each time it drops below $10.
5. Toggle “Auto-Refill” on/off.
6. Tap “Update.”

What happens to my Uber Cash if I delete my account?

When your account is deleted, you will be emailed a PIN you can redeem in the future for the Uber Cash balance you previously purchased.

Promotional credits, along with other amounts of Uber Cash that were not purchased will be permanently forfeited if your account is deleted.
