When you complete a trip, it should immediately appear on the Earnings section of your app and the Earnings page on drivers.uber.com. Both pages display every trip completed in the current week.
Each week begins on Monday at 4:00 am local time and ends at 4:00 am the following Monday. If a trip was completed before 4:00 am on a Monday, it may appear in the previous week’s pay statement.
In some cases, it may take up to 48 hours for a trip to display in your app. Additionally, trips with high fares may take more time to appear on your payment statement due to additional review.
If you see the trip listed, but the fare is not showing, visit My fare isn’t showing.
