Cancelling a delivery

If you’re ever uncomfortable transporting a particular item, remember you have the option to cancel:

  • Cancelling because of the item’s nature won’t affect your cancellation rate or Eats Pro status

Handling items during cancellation

In the event you need to cancel a delivery after the package is already in your vehicle:

  1. Tap on “Can’t find customer”
  2. Select “Yes, Return Order” to initiate a return trip to the sender
