Uploading an ABN

To provide your Australian business number (ABN) details:

1. Sign in to partners.uber.com.
2. Select the tab Invoice settings.
3. Enter the details of what your ABN is registered under, including company/legal name, address, and ABN.
4. Select Submit. You should see a green banner confirmation your information was submitted successfully.

You may also make these changes using your Driver app by going to Account and then Tax Info.

If you already have an ABN, this doesn’t necessarily mean you’re registered for GST. If you’re unsure, please check your records or the ABN Lookup tool to determine your GST registration status. You can find how to register for an ABN on our Tax FAQ page.

You should contact the ATO or speak with a taxation professional for advice on whether you should or should not register for GST.
