Orders are managed through Uber Eats Orders.

When your order is ready, select the ready button. This will notify a delivery person to collect the order.

Once there are 7 minutes left on the clock, a delivery person will be notified to go to your restaurant.

To the right of the order info page, you can see the status of your live orders.

This will include: * Delivery person’s name * The orders the delivery person is picking up * The number of delivery people picking up the orders * How far away the delivery people are from the restaurant

For each delivery person, you’ll see the order numbers and the status of each assigned order.

What does the status of the order mean?

• Order numbers highlighted in yellow-orange: this order has not been marked as ready for pickup and is past the expected pickup time
• A checkmark next to an order number: the order is ready for pickup
• Orders without a checkmark: the order has been accepted by a delivery person for pickup, but it’s still in the progress of being made
