How do I cancel my subscription?

As of November 16, 2021, Uber Pass is no longer available to purchase. Uber One is a new membership that provides Rides as well as Eats discounts for $9.99 per month or $99.99 annually.

You can cancel your membership within the app up to 48 hours prior to the next scheduled payment without being charged. To do this:

1. Tap the profile icon.
2. Tap “Uber Pass”
3. Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”
4. Select “End Membership” and then “Leave Uber Pass” to cancel your membership.

Uber Pass provides savings on rides and Uber Eats orders, subject to the specific terms in the offer. Uber Pass is a monthly subscription. Unless otherwise stated, each pass is good for a month and will renew automatically.

If you cancel, you will still have access to your current Uber Pass until the end of the current billing period. Please use help.uber.com to report any unauthorized charges within 60 days. Uber is not responsible for overdraft fees that may be incurred.
