VoiceOver gives users audible descriptions of what’s on the screen.

After signing up on the app for the first time, you’re directed to enter your delivery location first.

To set your delivery location and time:

  1. Double tap on the top left of the home screen
  2. Enter your address or select from a list of suggested destinations
  3. Set the delivery time (either ASAP or Scheduled Delivery)
  4. Once you finish entering delivery details, we’ll find nearby merchants for you to order from.

The delivery address will be the last location you’ll enter by default.

To update your address in advance:

  1. Double tap on the top left of the home screen
  2. Enter your address or select from a list of suggested destinations
  3. Set the delivery time (either ASAP or Scheduled Delivery)

On the home screen feed, we list merchants you can order from. Swipe left or right to navigate through the recommendations.

You can activate the Search tab at the bottom of the screen:

  1. Single tap at the bottom of the screen
  2. The Search tab is right next to Home tab and can be activated by double tapping.
  3. Search by recommended categories or type of merchant/dish/cuisine types

To place an order:

  1. Select a merchant you want to order from
  2. Add the item(s) to cart by double tapping the “ADD TO CART” option
  3. Repeat this until you’ve added everything you’d like to order
  4. Swipe until you hear the “VIEW CART” option and double tap to go to the check out page
  5. You’ll then be able to review the order details: (delivery address/time, items in the cart, confirm payment methods and add promo codes (if any))
  6. Place your order by swiping until you hear the ““PLACE ORDER”” option. Double tap to select it.

To cancel your order:

  1. Flick right to highlight the cancel button.
  2. Once you’ve been matched with a delivery person, a contact button will be added alongside “Cancel”

While you wait for your order:

The ETA option lets you know when your order is expected to arrive. You can highlight the ETA element to hear how soon your order will arrive.

Once you’ve been matched with a delivery person, you can also highlight the card at the bottom of the screen to hear the delivery person’s: * Name * Vehicle model * Rating * License plate number.

To rate your order and delivery person:

  1. After completing an order, a rating card appears at the top of the home screen.
  2. Double tap the card to rate the delivery person and the merchant, plus tip the delivery person.

Access the Account tab by tapping the bottom right corner to update these features:

  • Account: You can save your favorite delivery address so you don’t have to manually enter an address. You can also edit your phone number by selecting the ““EDIT ACCOUNT”” option.
  • Your Favorites: Listen to the list of merchants you’ve bookmarked or ordered from before here.
  • Payment: Where you can change or add a payment method.
  • Help: Provides a variety of support options including the ability to report accessibility issues.
  • Promotions: View existing promotions associated with your account or add a new promo code.
  • Free Food: Use this option to get credits towards future orders by referring friends. You’ll find your referral invite code here.
  • Deliver with us: Allows you to start the application process to be a delivery person.
  • Settings: Same screen the Account option listed above.
