We understand how exciting it is to take advantage of discounts on your orders. If you noticed that a discount or offer was not applied correctly, don’t worry. Here, we explain how they work and the necessary requirements for them to be applied to your shopping cart.
Before requesting a review, check the following:
Offer Requirements: Did you add all the required items? Some discounts only apply if certain conditions are met, such as a minimum purchase amount.
Offer Validity: Was the offer still valid? Some offers have a limited validity period and may be limited to “while supplies last”.
Check Your Receipt: Did you review the receipt for your order? There, you can confirm if the discount was applied correctly.
If you still have doubts after checking these points, you’ll find information below on how offers work and how to request help.
If a discounted item is not available, you can always choose to replace or remove that item from your order. However, keep in mind that if the item is replaced, the discount will not be applied to your substitute item. A discount will be applied to the replacement you select only if that item has a discount in the Establishment’s catalog and only if you meet the conditions to make that discount valid.
Delivery Partners do not have knowledge of the active Promotions or Offers on your order, so their suggestions for replacements could affect the discounts applied to your order. We recommend you review the Establishment’s catalog in the app before accepting changes.
You can check this information in the app by following these steps:
Access your order history and select the order in question.
Press the “View Receipt” button.
Review the details of your receipt, where applied discounts are generally listed under the labels “Promotion” or “Estimated Offer”.
If you need help, you can open a chat conversation in order to explain to an Agent your case.
Please gather the following information in order to give you a better and quicker support experience:
Gather the offer information.
Please double-check the name of the Establishment, type of offer, requirements, etc.
Take a screenshot of the offer.
