Uber Business Black Reserve on-time pickup protection applies exclusively to specific Uber for Business services booked through the Uber app or website using an eligible business profile. Eligible services include:
If the driver arrives more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, $50 in Uber Cash is automatically applied to your Uber Wallet. This policy doesn’t apply to airport pickup bookings.
If a driver isn’t matched within 8 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, $120 in Uber Cash is automatically applied to your Uber Wallet. You’ll see the credits in your Uber Wallet within 72 hours of the late or missed ride.
The amount received is non-transferable. Uber may modify, cancel, or suspend the conditions of on-time pickup protection at any time.
