Following the law

• Always comply with laws that protect passengers with special needs
• Breaking these laws goes against the Uber Community Guidelines

Guide animals

• You must always allow guide animals in your vehicle. This is not just our policy—it’s the law

Protecting my vehicle

• If you’re worried about the cleanliness of your car, use a towel or a seat cover for guide animals to sit on

Pets that aren’t guide animals

• Depending on your preference, you can decide whether or not to continue the trip
• If you decide to not continue the trip, inform the rider that they can request Uber Pet trips, which is a new option available in some Brazil’s cities, that allows users traveling with a non guide animal. Please visit the page “What is Uber Pet” for more details
