I'm having trouble purchasing a ticket

You may be unable to buy a ticket for a couple of reasons.

The ticket screen won't load: Check your network connection to make sure you're getting a good signal - Force quit the app and try again

Payment for a previous ride was not successful: If your payment method for a previous Uber ride was unsuccessful, you will need to complete payment for that ride before you are able to purchase a new ticket. Exit the ticket purchase experience and complete payment for your previous Uber rides purchase.

The ""Buy"" button does not work: Make sure you have a valid credit card on your account (a credit card is required to purchase tickets at this time)
