About Tasks & Platform

Can I work on tasks from anywhere?

Yes, as long as you sign up and complete the onboarding process successfully. If you are eligible for a project, you may choose when to complete tasks within the applicable deadline and from a supported location remotely, subject to project and legal requirements (including but not limited to, possessing the necessary immigration and work authorisations).

Where can I see all available tasks that I’m eligible for?

You can view available tasks on the Task Hub page. Only tasks you are eligible for (based on verification and eligibility) will be visible.

Registration & Account Setup

How do I sign up for the platform?

To begin, click the signup button below and enter your basic details. You will need to upload the necessary documentation and complete assessments tailored to your chosen task category. Once these steps are finalized, you will be ready to begin earning with Uber AI Solutions! Please refer to the video guide for a detailed, step-by-step walkthrough.

Do I need to download a new app to complete tasks?

No, you do not need to download a new app. Uber AI Solutions operates entirely through a web portal. You can access the platform and complete all of your tasks directly by visiting our official website:

Can I use my existing Uber account email address to sign up?

It depends on whether you have a Driver account with Uber:

• If you ONLY have a Rider account: Yes! You can use the exact same email address to sign up for Uber AI Solutions.
• If you ALSO have an Uber Driver account: No, you will need to use a different email address to sign up for this platform.

Earnings & Taxes

How much can I earn from the platform?

Earnings vary depending on the type and quantity of tasks you complete. To ensure full transparency, you’ll always see the earning rate before starting a task.

When and how will I receive my earnings?

Payment for tasks completed between the 25th of the previous month and the 24th of the current month will be issued on the 3rd of the following month, provided that if such date falls on a holiday, payment will be made on the next business day.
