Ik heb een vraag over de documenten

To upload documents through the Driver app:

  1. Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines on the top left side of the screen)
  2. Tap “Account”, then “Documents”
  3. Select the document you want to update
  4. Tap “Take photo”
  5. Upload an existing photo from your device or take a new one through the app
  6. Tap “SUBMIT”

To upload documents on partners.uber.com:

  1. Sign in to your account by entering the email address and password
  2. Tap “MANAGE DOCUMENTS”
  3. Tap “UPLOAD” then “SELECT FILE AND UPLOAD”
  4. Choose the document photo from your device and upload it

Please note that the review time of the documents might take up to 48 hours from the time they were uploaded.

If you’ve been notified that one of your documents is rejected or expired, it may be due to one of this reason:

  • Image is blurry or dark
  • Document is expired or expiring soon
  • Image does not include all 4 corners of the document
  • Wrong document was uploaded
