For help with common delivery issues:
Can’t locate the customer
- Wait for the customer at the drop-off location
- Contact the customer through the app if they seem late
- If there’s no response, follow the in app process
Confirming delivery details
- Ensure you’re at the correct address by checking the app
- Double-check any delivery instructions provided
Customer changed Delivery address
- If the address changes while you’re on the way, the app will update automatically
- Follow the new directions to avoid delays
Canceling an accepted delivery
- Contact support via help center, by choosing the relevant issue type
