Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If your Uber Pro Card is missing, quickly report it using the Uber Pro Card app to keep your account secure. Here’s how:

  1. Open the app and tap on the “Wallet” tab.
  2. Tap the three dots (…) for more options.
  3. Select “Order Replacement” to request a new card.

After reporting

  • Your new card will be printed and shipped to you. It should arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • In the meantime, real-time Uber payments will be on hold until your new card is activated.
  • Weekly payments will continue: Make sure your bank details are up-to-date in your Uber account to receive direct deposits every Monday.
