If you forgot your password, the fastest way to update it is to use the forgot password link.
You may be asked to sign in to your account before updating your password.
If you’re asked to enter your password, select “More Options” and choose an option you can access.
When prompted in the app, enter and confirm your new password. Your password must: * Be at least 8 characters long * Include at least 1 number * Include at least 1 non-number character
For your security, choose a unique password that you do not use for other accounts. Do not share your password by email, text, or any other form of communication. Uber Support will never ask you for your password.
After you update your password, your new password will be used to sign in to your Uber account across all associated Uber apps.
