Setting up your tax profile
To receive weekly invoices suitable for tax purposes, you’ll need to set up your tax profile on Uber:
- Go to drivers.uber.com and sign in
- Visit Tax settings
- Fill in all required fields accurately. Ensure the information is legally correct, as tax authorities may verify it.
- Click Submit
Your provided information will be displayed on your invoices. Remember, it needs to be accurate for legal and verification purposes.
Download invoices
Once you’ve set up your tax profile, follow these steps:
For trip-specific invoices:
- Sign in at drivers.uber.com
- Visit Earnings
- Click on Activity tab
- Select the timeframe to see earnings activity
- Click on the PDF button in the Download column
For weekly statements:
- Visit Earnings
- Click on the Weekly Statements tab
- Click on the PDF button in the Download column
We aim to enable invoice downloads directly from the Driver app soon.
Updating invoice information
It’s important to know that weekly invoices can’t be changed after they’re issued.
To ensure your invoices have the correct details:
- Sign in at drivers.uber.com
- Visit Tax settings
- Modify your tax information before accepting any trips
- Click Submit
Troubleshooting invoice issues
If you’re not receiving your weekly invoices:
- Log in at drivers.uber.com
- Visit Tax settings
- Review and update your tax information, if necessary
- Choose Submit
