My Ride Pass didn't apply to this trip

First, make sure you are riding with the newest version of the Uber app.

Second, check if a ride falls within the eligible pass area.

Note: You can check your Ride Pass details anytime under Ride Pass in the Uber app menu. Scroll down to see the map or route where your pass is applicable.
