Uber Support isn’t open 24 hours a day, so we recommend getting a receipt for your next taxi ride. The receipt contains the taxi company information, which may lead to a quick solution.

The Uber invoice includes information about the taxi company. You can download your invoice from the link attached to the email receipt sent to your registered address or from the Uber webpage.

  • Messages from support will be sent to Uber App or your email address registered in Uber account.
