Using Uber Credits

Uber Cash and Uber One credits can be used on your Uber Eats app or Uber App, but does not apply to Uber Connect and TPE airport pickup (rental car) trips.

All available Uber Cash (including Uber One credits) will be automatically applied for your next trip or order. While they will apply automatically by default, you can toggle credit on or off when you’re checking out by tapping on the credits button below your order total.

Please not that

• Purchasing Uber Cash/Uber One credit is not available in Taiwan.
• Uber Cash/Uber One credit can only be used in the same currency (Uber Cash with USD value can not be used in Taiwan).

Notes for Uber One credit:

• $1 Uber One credit can be used for NT$1 in spending. View Uber App or website FAQ for more information.
• Uber One credits are not gift cards, electronic payment methods, or similar products or services, and they cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash or other payment methods.
• Uber One credits are subject to the Uber Cash Terms and Conditions.
