What to do when you arrive for delivery
When you get to the delivery address, the app will show any special dropoff instructions from the customer, such as intercom codes or floor numbers.
If the customer isn’t there or the address isn’t clear:
- Use the Driver app to contact them
- If there’s no response, leave a voicemail or send a message through the app
How to contact the customer in the app
- Tap Trip Details
- Select the Phone/Message icon next to the customer’s name
- Choose Phone Call or Message
If you can’t reach the customer:
- Follow the app’s instructions to cancel the delivery
- Wait for the timer to expire, then proceed with your next delivery
If you can’t complete a delivery:
Follow the in-app steps to ensure you receive compensation for your attempt.
