Network connectivity You may be in an area with limited or unavailable cellular network coverage. Try heading to a different location with better coverage.
Using an old app version or device operating system Try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone. * iOS users * Android users
Account limitations You may not be able to go online if:
Account status changes * Your documents may have expired and need to be re-uploaded, or are pending approval * Your account is on hold Check your email (including your spam folder) for A Message From Uber and the Inbox section of the app for any communications from Uber about why you’re unable to go online.
