- Double-check each item before checkout. Ensure each is labeled as:
*Found
*Replaced
*Removed
- If something isn’t clear, message or call the customer through the app.
- When you reach the drop-off point, verify you have all the bags and nothing is left in your vehicle.
Trouble at Checkout
Can’t checkout? Ensure all items are marked as:
- Found
- Refunded
- Substitution approved
Make sure there are no items listed as To-do or Pending.
Receipt Upload Issues
To upload a receipt correctly:
- Display the entire receipt, showing all corners.
- Make sure it’s readable, without any folds.
- If it’s lengthy, divide it. Upload both parts in one image.
- Only one receipt per image is allowed. Two images are the maximum if there are two separate receipts.

If an order is too much to handle:
- Prioritize your safety.
