Update delivery mode

Uber Eats now offers you the option to deliver orders by bike or scooter. Support is here to help you change your account settings to the right category.

Keep in mind that if you choose to deliver by scooter, you’ll need to upload several additional documents:

Transport license (“Licence de transport léger de marchandises”);
Driver’s license ;
Vehicle registration (“Carte Grise”);
Vehicle insurance certificate (“Carte verte”);
Photo of the vehicle.

All documents (including the registration certificate and insurance certificate) must be in your name. Your account will be activated only after all your documents have been approved.

The approval process can take up to 36 hours.

2 - You currently deliver by bike and you wish to deliver by scooter

I submit my transport license and I confirm that I want to deliver by scooter

Submit your light truck transport license (“Licence de transport léger de marchandises”) to confirm your choice. The approval process can take up to 36 hours. (min: 0, max: 1)
