Payment statements should include all trips in your weekly payment cycle.
This cycle begins at 4 AM local time on Monday and ends at 4 AM on the following Monday. If a trip was completed after 4 AM on a Monday, it may appear in your next weekly statement.
Note: If you’re looking at an in-progress or current payment statement in the middle of the week, keep in mind that it can sometimes take 48 hours for completed trips to fully process. High fare trip may also require even more time to review and process.
