Once you’ve located a Lime vehicle:
If you have issues scanning the QR code, tap the flashlight icon to turn on your phone’s flashlight. You can also tap “Enter ID instead” to enter the vehicle’s plate number.
That vehicle is likely being used or the Lime team is on the way to retrieve it. Please try another nearby vehicle.
Bicycles will require you to unlock the vehicle to begin riding. If you’re having trouble unlocking the bike, try rolling the bike forward or backward a few inches to release tension on the locking pin.
