You can now customize your Webshop experience for single store or multiple locations including a custom url, images (e.g., logo, banner) and color schemes to best display your brand to your customers.
How to create a custom url
- From the Webshop tab in Uber Eats Manager, go to Manage your pages and find the store or brand you want to update.
- Above the table, click Edit
- Enter your custom url which will take the form customname.order.store/…
- Click Save.
For merchants with multiple locations, only users who have permission to edit details for all locations can customize urls.
How to add logos
- From the Webshop tab in Uber Eats Manager, go to Manage your pages and find the store or brand you want to update.
- Click the Customize button for a location (row item)
- Under Stores select the stores you want to update images for (by default, only one location will be pre-selected but you can select other stores).
- Under Brand logo select Upload and choose the image you want to use. You may Delete or Replace the logo after you’ve uploaded it.
- Click Save.
How to add cover images
- Sign in to Uber Eats Manager.
- Select the Stores Page tab.
- Click the drop-down in the top right and select Cover image.
- Click Update cover image.
- Upload your photo and click Save.
How to set color scheme
- From the Webshop tab in Uber Eats Manager, go to Manage your pages and find the store or brand you want to update.
- Click the Customize button for a location (row item)
- Under Stores select the stores you want to update the color scheme for (by default, only one location will be pre-selected but you can select other stores).
- Under Page colors click on Background color and Foreground color to select a pre-defined background or foreground color.
- Alternatively, enter a hex code for a custom color
- Click Save.
How to add navigation links
- From the Webshop tab in Uber Eats Manager, go to Manage your pages and find the store or brand you want to update.
- Click the Customize button for a location (row item)
- Under Stores select the stores you want to update the navigation links for (by default, only one location will be pre-selected but you can select other stores).
- Navigate to Advanced settings and click the plus sign
- Enter the Link name for the navigation link
- Enter the corresponding Link URL for the navigation link which must include “https://” in the link url
- Click Save.
