My promo code didn't work

Here are some important things to know about promotions:

Promotions are included in the price you see before requesting. Look for a stikethrough on the displayed price.
If you’re not sure if your promo applied, check your receipt for the “Promotions” line item.
You must enter the promo code before the trip for it to apply.
Promos can have expiration dates.
Some promos only apply in specific areas.
You can see the details of your promotions in the “Wallet” section of your app menu.

You may see a pending charge on your payment account for the full fare. Learn more about authorization holds.
