Pay with a Bank Account Using Link (By Stripe)

We’re currently testing a feature that allows users to pay for rides directly from their bank account.

HOW TO ADD YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

To check if you’re eligible to add your bank account as a payment method, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Account tab in the bottom right corner of your app.
  2. Choose Wallet.
  3. Under your listed payment methods, select Add Payment Method.
  4. From here, choose Bank Account.
  5. Log into your bank through our secure connection to link your account.

To confirm your account has been added, go to the “Payments” tab from the in-app menu. You should see your account listed under “Payment Methods.”

CAN I ADD MULTIPLE BANK ACCOUNTS?

Only one bank account can be added as a payment method. In order to add a different account, you’ll need to remove any existing account that’s linked.

HOW DO I DELETE A BANK ACCOUNT I HAVE ADDED?

To remove a payment method:

  1. Tap the menu in the upper left-hand corner.
  2. Select Payment.
  3. Choose the payment method you want to remove.
  4. Tap the options icon in the upper right corner and then select Delete.

PAYMENT PROCESSING TIME

Depending on your bank, it may be 5-7 days after your ride takes place for the amount to complete bank processing. You will receive a receipt in your email once this payment amount settles.
