Eats Pass holders don't pay delivery fees for all orders above a set amount (this amount will be shown in your app in the pass hub). All prices will be shown on the checkout screen.
If you are an Eats Pass holder but your order does not meet the minimum basket subtotal, your Eats Pass benefits will not apply.
How does Eats Pass work?
- When an Eats Pass holder places an order, it is dispatched to the restaurant and the courier just like any other order.
- Restaurant: The restaurant still charges a delivery fee. However, when you are an Eats Pass holder, Uber pays that delivery fee to the restaurant on your behalf (Third Party Payment).
- Courier: There is no change to the way couriers are paid for delivering orders to Eats Pass subscribers.
