WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE A RIDE OR WILL BE GIVING A RIDE?
Once you have your commute scheduled in the driver app, we will be showing you riders going in the same direction. You can then pick which rider you want to take on your Commute. Upcoming trips can be reviewed on your ride request page.
After you have accepted a commute ride, the Commute rider will be notified immediately and you can start making arrangements in-app to pick them up.

HOW FAR OUT OF MY WAY WILL I HAVE TO GO?
A typical commute request should be less than 10 minutes out of your way. We will match the most convenient trips based upon your location and route. Before you accept a commute request, in the driver app you'll be able to see how many minutes will be added to your commute ride.
HOW MANY TRIPS CAN I DRIVE EVERYDAY?
Commute is intended to be used 2 times a day for trips to and from work.
