Report a problem with deaf/hard of hearing feature

Most device issues can be resolved by trying the following:

- Log out of the Uber app and log back in.
- Force quit the app.
- Restart your phone.

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, try resetting your network settings. Please note that this will delete any saved preferences or passwords you have. On most phones, the option to reset your network settings will be General Settings.
