Report my missing or incorrect rider referral

If you have not yet received payment for one or more rider referrals, this is typically because the rider(s) either did not enter your invite code or have not taken their first rides.

Please note that a rider referral won't work if that rider is currently on a trip in your vehicle that he or she requested.

If you shared your personal invite code with someone you know is a first-time rider, we will be happy to check the status of your referral reward. However, we are unable to retroactively apply a referral if a rider did not enter your code before their first trip. Please share some details here.
