Restrictions help Admin control how programs are used. They help admins manage company budgets, compliance, and policies. Restrictions are set at the program level and automatically apply to employees assigned to each program.
When an employee requests a ride or meal, we automatically check the request against your program rules.
Restrictions can be added while creating a program, or updated later by Admins or Program Managers. See Creating and managing a program for more details on managing programs.
Can I edit a program’s restrictions after it has been created?
You can edit an existing program to update its details or restrictions.
What happens if the user is added to multiple programs with different rules?
When a user is part of multiple programs with different rules, they’ll see a list of eligible programs when requesting a trip. They’ll need to select your preferred program before confirming the trip. The restrictions of the chosen program will automatically apply to their trip.
Can I apply multiple rules for the same program?
You can add multiple rules/restrictions when creating or editing a program. These include things like spending limits, time restrictions, and allowed locations.
