What is Catering?

Catering orders are large, high-value orders that can include 20+ items.

What is Inside Setup?

Some Catering customers will request that you go inside the dropoff address and unpack the order with minimal setup. Once the order is set up, you’ll take a photo to verify the delivery.

How to complete setup

1. After arriving at the dropoff location, follow the merchant-provided setup instructions in the app.
2. Take a photo showing the completed order setup inside the dropoff location.
3. Submit the photo in the app.
4. Wait for your photo to upload and be verified.

How can I opt out of Catering Setup?

1. You are free to accept or decline any delivery request that comes your way.
2. If you prefer not to receive delivery requests where you’re asked to “Catering setup required”, you can opt out by contacting support at any time.
