I have forgotten my password

You can now login via a simple OTP based login process. Please follow the steps below to login to your account:

1. Click here & enter the phone number or email address registered with Uber and select “Next”.

2. We’ll send you an email or SMS (depending on the verification method you’ve chosen) containing a One Time Password (OTP), to authenticate your request.

3. Enter the OTP you received and select “Next”.

4. Select the right account you want to login to from the list of accounts mentioned

5. You can either enter your password to login, or you can Select “Login with driver’s license ID” and click “Next”.

6. When prompted, enter the last 6 digits of your driver’s license ID and click “Next”.

7. Login Success

In case, you want to directly reset your password, please follow the steps below:

1. Click here & enter the email address registered with Uber and select “Next”.

2. We’ll send you an email containing a One Time Password (OTP), to authenticate your request.

3. Enter the OTP you received and select “Next”.

4. Create a new password, click “Next”.

5. Login Success
