Maps did not load properly

We understand a reliable navigation system is an important part of delivering great service to your riders and Uber Eats customers, and that a slow load time or freezing map can result in a frustrating experience.

The maps in the Uber app may have difficulty loading for a few reasons:

  1. Low cellular data coverage in the area
  2. Location services are turned off

If you’ve experienced this issue, we recommend you turn on location services for the Uber app in your device, and try driving to an area with better cellular data coverage.
