If you have lost your Plus Card, or it has been stolen, follow these steps to report this:
Open the** “Account”** menu.
Enter to the “Plus Card” section.
Select the “Replace card” option.
On the next screen, press the “Deactivate card” button.
Confirm the details by selecting “Yes, deactivate card”.
You’ll be notified about the cancellation of your Plus Card.
If you want a new Plus Card, press the “Obtain a new card” option and do all registration for “Shop and Deliver” modality.
Remember that as long as you don’t have an active Plus Card associated with your account, you will not be able to make “Shop and Deliver” deliveries.
To receive and activate a new Plus Card, you will need to choose to go to the distribution points listed in the link below, or receive it by mail if this option is available in your city.
