Check your balance
- Open the Uber Driver app.
- Go to Wallet to see your balance. A negative balance means you have an outstanding balance to be paid.
- You’ll also get a notification with the amount and due date.
Important: Avoiding Cash Trips Blocks
- If you accumulate outstanding balance (negative balance) beyond a certain limit, your cash trips may get blocked.
- To unblock your cash trips, you’ll need to clear this negative amount by making a payment.
- You will receive a ‘Your account is at risk’ notification and an inbox message for an outstanding balance payment request.
Pay your outstanding balance via App (recommended):
- Open the app and check for the Your account is at risk notification or check your inbox for an outstanding balance payment request.
- Press Tap to Pay, then select Continue.
- Tap Add payment method, choose UPI, and enter your UPI details.
- Select UPI as the payment method, then choose the amount to pay. Paying the maximum helps avoid restrictions.
- Tap Make Payment, then press Proceed to Pay, and enter your UPI PIN to complete the transaction.
Pay Via Cash
- Visit a Fino Cash Collection Center or authorized location.
- Check nearby centers in the help section of the app. Click Help > Earnings and Payments > Cash Payments.
- At the center, Provide your driver details and pay in cash.
- Keep your account in good standing by clearing outstanding balances on time.
Pay Via Uber driver App
- Please click on the notification you have received regarding the payment In-App.
- Add the amount you want to pay (Partner can pay any amount between the Minimum balance to the current balance).
- Select or add the required payment method.
- Process the amount using the respective App (i.e., BHIM or GPay etc).
- We request you to kindly note down the transaction number without fail whenever you are paying the outstanding balance.
Partial payment of outstanding balance through App
Currently available for Auto products only, you can choose from three options:
- Minimum amount: Allows you to stay active and continue receiving cash trips.
- Custom amount: Pay an amount of your choice that is more than the minimum amount.
- Maximum amount: Pay the full balance to clear any dues.
Please note: If you choose the minimum amount, you’ll receive notifications to clear any remaining balance as soon as you reach the outstanding balance threshold again, within a few days. For a smoother experience, pay the maximum amount whenever possible.
