If you did not receive the link to process your cash trip payment, please consider:
- Check your email: The link might be sent to the email address you have registered with the app. Remember to look through the “Trash” and “Spam” folders.
- No worries if you didn’t get the link: Your account will stay active. You’ll receive a link to settle any unpaid cash trip(s).
Payment is not reflecting in my balance
- Give it time: Payments can take up to 96 hours to show up in your account, so there’s no need to worry immediately.
- Next steps: Once you’ve made your payment, it will update in your balance before your next service. Your account will continue to function normally in the meantime.
