Supplier Portal

Managing your fleet in the Uber app is easy thanks to your Supplier Portal, which allows you to manage information about your Drivers, vehicles, and earnings.

To access your detailed account information, go to supplier.uber.com and select the tabs at the top of the page.

Driver Partners: In this tab you can see everything you need to manage your Driver Partners. You can invite new Drivers, remove Drivers, check drivers’ status, view their contact information, review or upload their documentation, and assign them a vehicle.

Vehicles: In this tab you can add or delete vehicles, check their status, manage their documents and assign them to your Drivers.

Reports: In this tab there are different reports that can be consulted.

Trip history: Contains the details of the trips completed by your fleet, such as Driver information, vehicle, schedules, addresses, types of service (trips or deliveries) and the status of the trips (completed, cancelled, etc).

Driver Quality: Contains the completed trips, acceptance rate, cancellation rate and qualification of each of the Drivers.

Driver Activity Query: Contains completed trips, online time and travel time for each of the Drivers.

Organization of payments: Contains the details of the balance of your account as a Fleet Partner, including earnings and collections.

Driver Payments: Contains the details of the balance of the account of each of the Drivers, including earnings and charges corresponding to each one.

Payment transaction: Contains the details of each of the transactions of your fleet.

To download the reports follow the steps below:

  1. Select the type of report you want to consult.
  2. Select the period you want to consult.
  3. Click on “Generate”.
  4. Download the report and import the generated document to an Excel or a Google smart sheet.

Remember that you can download the monthly reports for the last 12 months.

Payments: In this tab you can see the total earnings of your fleet or by Driver Partner, you can also review the transactions.

To check the earnings of each of the Drivers, do the following:

Click on the “Coordinate with Drivers” button. A new screen will open with the earnings summary for each of your Drivers. Select the period you want to consult. For example, if you want to calculate earnings for the week of Monday 1 at 4:00 a.m. to Monday, November 8 at 4:00 a.m., you must select from November 1 to 7 in the date selector. You can filter by each Driver and you must add “Total earnings” plus “Reimbursements and expenses” minus “Payments”. The result of this operation is the earnings that correspond to each Driver Partner.

Live Map: On this map you can see the real-time location of each of your vehicles while the Driver is online.

Offers: In this tab you can publish ads for the rental of your vehicles in Uber Match, specifying your terms and information about them.

Banking: In this tab you can enter the bank account in which you want your earnings to be deposited.

Invoices: Download the invoices for the trips made by you and your Driver Partners. Please note that fares are subject to change by Uber based on User feedback. Your invoices will reflect these changes.
