What is the Uber Pro Card?

The Uber Pro Card gives drivers access to a debit account, savings account, and debit card. You can use it to receive earnings, earn interest on savings, transfer funds, and make transactions..

Suspended account

If your account is blocked, suspended, or you can’t access it, contact Uber Pro Card support for help with card-related issues.

To contact support in the Uber Pro Card app:

  • Open the Uber Pro card app
  • Go to the Account tab
  • Tap Support at the top right corner

Wrong payout amounts

A different amount might appear if you had a negative Wallet balance in the driver app. This can happen when fares are adjusted after an auto payout.

Your earnings will first cover the negative Wallet balance. After it’s cleared, you’ll receive the remaining earnings to your Uber Pro Card through auto payout. See your Weekly Earnings Statement to view negative balances and Uber Pro Card auto payouts.

Changing bank accounts

You can transfer earnings from your Uber Pro Card checking account to another bank account using standard account transfers. Transfers can be free, or instant for a fee. Since the account is connected to your Uber Pro Card, you’ll need to change the bank account information from your Uber Pro Card account

Accessing Account Statements

  1. In the Uber Pro Card app, tap the circle with your initials in the top-right corner to access your profile.
  2. Go to Documents, and then Statements.
  3. Choose a month.
  4. You can view, download, or email a PDF version of your statement for the selected month.

How do I earn cashback rewards?

Use your debit card for eligible purchases, as specified by the cashback program.

Cashbacks will be automatically credited to your account according to both the program’s terms and your Uber Driver or Uber Courier tier status.​ To understand how much cashback you earned, access the Perks page of the Uber Pro Card app.

Get cash back on purchases

Earn cash back effortlessly:

  • Use your card at participating retailers
  • Rewards start as soon as you use your Uber Pro Card
  • Back percentages depend on your Uber Pro tier

Important information

  • The Uber Pro Card is available everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted
  • Terms and conditions apply. Uber doesn’t control offers from other companies
  • You may not be eligible to sign up for Uber Pro Card if you pay for vehicle financing or have an outstanding balance

Report a lost or stolen card

If your Uber Pro Card is missing, quickly report it using the Uber Pro Card app or by contacting Marqeta at +448081607364 to keep your account secure.

After reporting

You can replace your lost Uber Pro Card. If you replace your lost card, your lost card will be terminated and you will receive a new card.

  1. In the Uber Pro Card app, navigate to the Card page.
  2. Tap Replace card.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions in the What happened to your card? screen that appears.
  4. Your new card will be printed and shipped to you. It should arrive within 5-7 business days.

In the meantime, real-time Uber payments will be on hold until your new card is activated. Weekly payments will continue: Make sure your bank details are up-to-date in your Uber account to receive direct deposits every Monday.

There are various ways you can keep your account secure. Try to do as many of these as possible:

  • Change your six-digit passcode regularly.
  • Enable biometric authentication such as facial or fingerprint recognition, if available, for added security.
  • Regularly monitor your account for unauthorized transactions.
  • Be cautious of phishing attempts and do not share your login credentials.​

Refer to your account and card terms and conditions for more information. You can access these in your profile by tapping the top-right circle with your initials, then going to Documents, and then Disclosures.

How do I turn my notifications on or off?

  1. In the Uber Pro Card app, navigate to Settings by tapping the top-right circle with your initials.
  2. Toggle Enable push notifications.​ You have the option to toggle on or off all notifications or just notifications on transaction activity such as when you make a transaction on your card.

If you toggle off your notifications, you will still receive important transactional communications related to your account by email.
