Uber Premier & Premier SUV
Uber Premier and Premier SUV are new test products offered in certain cities. Uber Premier and Premier SUV are elite ride experiences that let highly rated drivers with premium vehicles earn higher time and distance rates than with UberX.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for Uber Premier and Premier SUV, your vehicle and account must meet certain standards. Your vehicle must be on our approved list and must be no more than 5 years old. The vehicle must also have a leather interior. To qualify for Uber Premier SUV, your vehicle must meet all previous standards and also provide additional passenger seating.
In addition to vehicle standards, you will also need to maintain a quality rating of 4.85 or higher, and have taken more than 250 trips. If you meet these standards, you will receive these trips automatically. If you do not meet these standards, you will not be able to drive with Uber Premier or Uber Premier SUV. Uber Premier and Premier SUV are still testing, so standards and rates are subject to change.
How to access Uber Premier & Premier SUV trips
If you meet the above qualifications for Uber Premier and Premier SUV, you will receive those requests automatically. To turn off Uber Premier and Premier SUV trips, you can navigate to ‘My Planner’ from the maps page. To access ‘My Planner’, please follow these steps:
