Uber Eats is an online platform that enables customers to order food for delivery or pickup.
The Uber Eats + Toast integration allows you to connect your Toast POS with Uber Eats so your menu, pricing, item availability, and orders are synced between systems, streamlining order management and reducing duplicate work on menu management.

Follow the Getting Started with Uber Eats Integration guide on Toast Central to start your sign-up for Uber Eats with Toast. Once you reach step 7a (see below), the setup workflow will guide you to add your Uber Eats account. You will see a message stating “You are all set with Toast, now complete your setup with Uber Eats.” From there, please follow the instructions below.

After completing the sign-up flow, visit Uber Eats Manager to review your storefront and make sure everything looks correct, including your menu, pricing, store hours, and store information.
Navigate to your Toast portal and look for the Uber Eats integration setup. Select the option “Already have an Uber Eats contract?” or “Log in to Uber Eats account”.

If you have multiple stores on Uber Eats:
What happens next: Your menu, pricing, and availability will sync between Toast and Uber Eats. Visit Uber Eats Manager to verify everything is working correctly.
If you’ve completed sign-up but your store isn’t live:
Your menu needs to be ready and synced from Toast before your store can go live on Uber Eats.
