The amount charged in cash was higher than expected

Sometimes the estimated amount displayed at the start of the trip do not match the total amount charged at the end. This is due to traffic, waiting time fees, or pending amounts from previous trips added to your trip.

The final amount with all the additional charges will be shown in the driver app. Therefore, we recommend you to always carry a little more cash than the estimated amount, to avoid possible pending amounts for underpayment and offer you the best possible experience on each trip.
