Add items to my order

If it is within 10 minutes after you placed an order, you can add items to your order.

After placing an order, you can add items by tapping “Add” of “Forgot something?” section under “Order received”. There will be a 10-minute timer on the merchant page to add items. Please complete adding items to your order before the time is up.

Both orders are tracked independently and you can check live activities for both orders. If the handshake is triggered on the first order, the same PIN applies for the second order.

Note:

• If the items were added after 10 minutes of your first order (the 10-minute timer is over on the merchant page), the added items will get placed as an independent second order.
• Taxes and service fees are applied on the second order.
• Additional promotion or offer cannot be stacked on the second order.
