1. Promotion: Under the Dine Out program, Uber Eats users may receive discounts, promotions or other incentives for dining in person at eligible restaurants listed on Uber Eats, subject to applicable requirements.
2. Promotion Period: Each promotion is valid only while the offer is displayed in the Uber Eats app or website and may be cancelled at any time (Promotion Period). During the Promotion Period, the promotion may only be valid during the hours and days if specified in the Uber Eats app or website (Promotion Active Hours).
3. How to Redeem: During the Promotion Period, customers must * press the Claim button for each promotion; * dine at the relevant restaurant during the Promotion Active Hours (if applicable) within 7 days of claiming; * press the Redeem button during the Promotion Active Hours (if applicable), while they are located at the relevant restaurant; and * present the redeemed offer to staff before making payment during the offer window.
4. Conditions and Restrictions: If a restaurant has multiple locations, a promotion may only be available at certain locations, as stated in the terms.
Eligible restaurants may change without notice. A restaurant may also limit redemption to 1 promotion per table or party, regardless of how many customers have claimed it.

6. Promoter: Each promotion is created and managed, and fulfilled solely by the participating restaurants. Uber Eats facilitates access to the offer in app or web but is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, or fulfillment, or for the quality, safety, or content of the food provided by the participating restaurants.
7. Other Terms: The General Terms of Use continue to apply. Uber is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures that may prevent participation or the application of the discount.
